For beginners: Start with $300. Go mining. Buy only gas, and once you have 600 (including gas), buy a sapphire drill. Then go down to the point where it starts to overheat and mine iron there. Once you have (including gas) 800, buy a fan, and then just mine iron and silver and buy upgrades. Buy teleportation modules—they’re great; you’ll be able to get deep down without wasting gas.
