A Case of the Crabs

Well... considering that the mob boss's window is about half a meter above the ground, he's been falling for quite a while :-D

I won't repeat the previous parts of the walkthrough that some of you have already posted here, especially trainny241. So here’s just the final part: at Jims Shacks O Crabs, where a rat is bothering Jim, slip the cheese into the claws of the fake crab (use + fake crab + cheese). This creates a mousetrap. Use it on the rat, and the trap snaps shut... Jim is glad the rat isn’t scaring him anymore. Chat with him and give him a business card. Jim will call the boss’s security guard, thinking there’s someone on the other end of the line who can advise him on the rats, as Detective Nick had told him (tricked him into believing). This will lure the security guard away from the boss’s door. You can go to the boss’s window and use the cans as a listening device by connecting them with wires (use+cans+wires). Use the listening device on the window. The detective hears the boss speaking and could secure evidence by recording the conversation. Therefore, connect the record player to the listening device (use+record player+listening device), creating a recording device that can capture evidence. Attach it to the window, and you’ve got the recording. Now we can head over to the boss. After the conversation, you’ll probably try to shoot in self-defense, but the detective can’t shoot—apparently, he lost his gun. He doesn’t even want to use a knife—apparently, he’s a peaceful soul :)—so throw a crab at the boss (use+crab+boss). End of story. P.S.: The security guard who’s standing about two meters from his boss’s door must be a total idiot...

Part 3: Return to the office and look at the piece of paper you cut out of the book *Fingerprints* (look+paper). Now look at Arthur's hand (look+hand) and look at the piece of paper twice. Use the dirty sea sponge on Arthur’s hand, then use the library card. This will leave a fingerprint on the card. Return to the map and head to the Blue Crab Cafe.

Part 2: At the harbor, you’ll see a man cleaning one of the supporting pillars. He’s so absorbed in his work that he won’t even respond when you try to talk to him. So put a crab in his bucket (use+crab+bucket) to snap him out of it a bit. Once you’ve spoken with him, use the knife on the top box labeled “Shiny Barnacle” (use+knife+box). When you look at the crab (look+crab in box), you’ll discover a shocking fact: the crab is fake. Now pick up the fake crab (get+crab), pick up the sea sponge from the box at the end of the pier (get+sponge), and use the live crab on the squid in the other separate box (use+live crab+squid). The squid will be startled by the aggressive creature and, in self-defense, will squirt a burst of black ink. Dip the sea sponge into the ink puddle on the ground (use+sponge+stain).

Part 1: In the office, pick up the crab crawling on the floor, pull the knife out of the murder victim’s back, take the library card from the desk, and pull the book *Fingerprinting* from the library. Now use the knife on the book to extract only the most important page. Look at the box, which tells you it’s from a company on the South Side. Leave the office and head to that part of town.

...and here's the continuation. Part 4: First, use the knife to cut out the photo from the poster at the entrance to the Blue Crab Cafe (use + knife + poster), which you'll then use for the library card (use + card + photo). Now go to the door and insert the card into the reader. Inside the restaurant, a young waitress will approach you; choose the fourth response, and she’ll let you continue. Proceed further into the restaurant until you reach the kitchen, where you must pick up the cheese and leave the room through the back entrance. Now a mobster will ambush you and take you to his boss. After a threatening conversation, you’ll find yourself in front of his office. Here, pick up the two split cans on the right and return to the Blue Crab Cafe. Go through the gate into the courtyard and use the live crab on the fuse box (use+crab+fuse box). Remove two wires from the broken fuse box. Now move the box to the left of the door (move + box) and pick up the business card. Go into the kitchen and take the record player. Return to the map and head to Jims Shacks O Crabs restaurant.

I actually really like this game; there's something about it that I love when I play it... probably the atmosphere :)
