Escape the Den

Pick up the stick from under the table,click on the computer monitor; to the left of it is a black line—click on it, and you’ll get a screwdriver; next to the computer, there’s a piece of paper hanging—click on it, and where the corner is folded, click there, and you’ll get a key; go to the drawers and click on the first and last ones on the table There’s a keyhole—insert the key into it. The computer displayed 10736, and when you uncovered it, it read -111, which equals 9625. So, just like with the desk drawers, a panel will pop up—click on it, type in the result you calculated (9625), and take the pill. Go to the bookshelf and place the stick on the very top shelf to get the second pill. Go to the closet and open it. Click on the white box, place the pills inside according to their colors, and press the lever that just opened.There’s a book at the bottom of the closet; take it and go to the bookshelf. Place the book there, click on the switch on the book—the bookshelf will slide aside. Click on the white panel, take the screwdriver, and unscrew it. Click on the red button and wait 10 seconds; afterwaiting, a small ball will appear; take it, then slide the bookcase back into place. Click on the drawer next to the bookcase, take the screwdriver, and unscrew the green ring. Take it—you now have the key. Go to the closet and you’ll see an iron door. Take the key and unlock it. Go inside and place the ball on the pedestal. Then once it’s on the pedestal, click on it—the screen will turn white, and the key will appear where the ball was. Take it, go to the east door, use the key to unlock the door, and you’re outside. This game is very simple. AUTHOR: Dorisák :-)

Yeah... Hats off to whoever wrote the guide... I guess the game isn't really worth it anymore if I'm just following the guide... But I could never have figured it out on my own.

Here are the complete instructions: 1. Picklock. 2. Click on computer 10736, move it aside, subtract 111 from that number, and take the picklock. 3. Click on the calendar in the upper-left corner—blue key. 4. Use the lockpick on the top shelf in the library—green pill. 5. Double-click the cabinet, place the green pill inside, then take the book, put it in the library, and pull the lever. 6. Click to use the screwdriver, click the red ball, and collect the green-and-purple one. 7. Click on the brown book on the left—you’ll find a hair dryer, which you’ll use on the bulletin board on the right. The top and bottom sun icons mean to click on the top and bottom drawers and insert the blue key (which is actually purple) into the slot :D- Enter the result from the calculator (9625)—the pink pill—where the green one is, and pull the lever. 8. Click on the plug next to the bookshelf and use the screwdriver—the sum of the numbers from the calendar (20+80+44) x 123, which equals 16482. 9. There’s a secret room next to the cabinet; to open it, use the green key, go inside, take the shaking ball, and enter the code mentioned earlier (16,482)—you’ll get the key. 10. Where can we find the instructions???

That last code consists of numbers from the calendar—that is, 20 + 84 + 3, which equals 134—multiplied by the number on the drawer (after unscrewing it), which is 124. So 134 × 124 equals 16,482, and that’s the code.
