You must have some kind of problem with your PC; NN2005 worked fine for me.

A quick guide: Take the piece of paper and the blue monster. There are three items on the paper. Count how many of each there are and write those numbers into the code in the same order as they appear on the paper. Go inside. Place the blue monster next to the Oreo cookie. Once it eats it, take the key and the heater. Go right and take the door and the net. Then go through the door at the top left. Throw the door into the river and take the lollipop. Jump onto the door and use the lollipop to paddle to the other side. Use the key to unlock the chest and take what’s inside. Paddle back to the other side, take the door, and go left. Go through the door at the top right and take the doll and the sign. Talk to the boy, then say the second line. Then give him the chemistry set (in the chest), and he’ll give you the acid. Exit and then go through the door at the bottom left. Place the test tube on the floor, then pour the acid on the floor. Pick up everything you can, then go right and take everything you can there as well. Add the saw, hammer, and nails to the door. Talk to the guy and then say the second line. Finally, give him the door and he’ll give you a ladder. I don’t know what happens next. I hope my walkthrough helped you.

Continuation of the walkthrough: Go outside the factory and place the ladder next to the “encoder.” Once Homer climbs down, skip the dialogue and go to the room where you picked up the door and the net. Click the arrow in the bottom right corner, then quickly place Homer there. Once they’re gone, pick up the skateboard and go back. Place the skateboard on the floor, put the heater and the battery on top of it, and send it to the other room. Then go into that room and take everything you can. Load the slingshot with the cork and go to the room with the donut. Look at the yellow piece of paper in your inventory (there are some numbers on it). Remember where each number is located. The letters A, B, C, and D are placed on the floor. Enter the numbers into the code pad that should correspond to the letters’ positions (for example, if the letter B is in the top row on the far left, enter 1 as the second number). After entering the combination, stick the hooks into the walls on either side of the door, hang the net on them, and place the little figure there. Then go right, pick up the gun, and run into the room where the chocolate was. Head right and then quickly shoot the window above the door with the gun. Then place the skateboard in front of the door, lean out the window, click on the guy, and give him a kiss. Go right again and splash the rest of the acid from your inventory onto the wall to the left of the door. Place the container of milk there and press the red button. Go to the right one last time, and when he pulls a gun on you, quickly shoot him with your loaded slingshot. That’s the end. I hope this walkthrough helped you.
