If you don't want to keep having to go back to the beginning because you run out of lives, kill those little monsters. You'll earn points for them, which are displayed in the top right corner of the screen. And when you collect 1,000 (then 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, ...), you’ll get a life. So if you’re halfway through the second life, you’ll get 1,000 points, then you’ll be halfway through the third, and so on. It’s a good idea to kill the pearl when it’s right next to the side of the room. Go into the other one, then run into the one with the pearl and shoot it before it has a chance to open. That way, your lives will pile up pretty quickly... GOOD LUCK!!!

SUPER GAME—MY FAVORITE! CAN YOU TELL ME HOW THOSE PACKS WORK? WHAT DO THOSE COLORS MEAN? THIS GAME SEEMS TO GO ON FOREVER—I DON'T KNOW HOW TO OPEN THAT DAMN LEVER IN THE UNDERGROUND.OK, SO WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN I GET TO THAT MONUMENT WHERE THE PIG IS?

The crab is easy to defeat—just jump on it and shoot it—but if it jumps up, it will hurt you, and you also have to jump out of the way when it swings its claws.
