Escape From 26

For those who don't know what to do next, here are the instructions ;)
Let’s start by taking the laundry off the hanger and grabbing the metal bucket—both are next to the well. Fill the bucket with water, then grab the planks leaning against the wall next to the stairs, which you’ll then use to climb to the first floor. Talk to Andy, take the matches from the tray on the floor, and go to the washroom (to the right of the bench). When you enter, you’ll see a bar of soap on a shelf right next to you—of course, take it :) Put the dirty clothes and the bar of soap in the sink on the left, and place the bucket of water, the planks, and the matches in the container.
Now that you have hot water, fill the bucket using the showerhead and pour it into the sink. Then go hang the laundry on the line and sit down on the bench. Take the dry laundry, bring it to Andy, and use the key to open the door to the ground floor. You’ll find a pen in the red coat; then head through the door on the right and, in the room, search the box next to the bed (you’ll find a piece of cloth) and the cabinet under the radio (you’ll find a screwdriver), then lie down on the bed. The world should suddenly turn blue; go outside and talk to the ghost sitting on the bench. Go back to bed—the world will return to normal. Your task now is to clean the toilet (or whatever it is :)) next to the tree (fill the bucket with water again, pour it onto the floor, and finally wipe it up with the cloth from the room with the radio).
Take some toilet paper and go back to the radio; switch the channel so it emits signals, then use a pen and the toilet paper to click on the radio—this will let you write down the code. Lie down on the bed again and bring the code to Annie (the ghost); she’ll tell you the code for the lock on the second door on the ground floor. But before you can enter it, you’ll have to go back to sleep one more time. Open the door, and you’ll find a clockwind and some screws in the boxes. Now you’ll need those ten “wheels.” Solve the puzzle on the clock, then click on the clock with the screwdriver, the clockwind, and the screws—the clock will start ticking. Go back through the bed to Annie and enjoy the game :)

I don't know what to do next :D

It was hard, but thanks to the instructions, it was easy. I still don't really get it, though.

Gears/Clock Parts:

1. Next to the stairs, in the tall grass.
2. Next to the bench, under the eaves.
3. Between the tree and the washroom.
4. Under the boulders, on the right, at the edge of the cage.
5. Next to the restroom.
6. At Andy’s, in front of the fireplace.
7. Next to the bed, under the lamp.
8. In the hallway on the ground floor, inside a green coat.
9. In the room with the clock, on the right under the floorboards.
10. Inside the clock, on the shelf.
