Here are the complete instructions:In Memorial Park, pick up the beer from the sleeping homeless man, then drive to Carwood, pick up the pliers there, then drive to Gossetown and give the beer to the homeless man, then go to the bar behind the homeless man and talk to Goose, pick up the photo that Goose dropped on the floor Go to the restroom and use the pliers to pick up the plutonium in the toilet, then drive to Carworld, give the plutonium to the mechanic, and once he’s gone, grab the time machine. Then drive to your garage, put the engine and brakes in your car, and drive to the Bacon Strip. Enter that Chinese building and chat with Tony—he’ll give you a crowbar. Then drive to Gibbet and talk to the weirdo inside. Next, drive to Memorial Park and give the clown a VIP pass. Pick up the little stone the clown threw away, then drive back to Gibbet and give that stone to the man windingman, then drive to Carworld—you’ll find the car there. Drive straight through the car; you’ll see a fence, and behind that fence are some trucks. Open the fence with the keys, and then all you have to do is pry open the blue truck...Then drive to 42nd and Main and pick up the wooden leg from the trash can. Then go to City Port, move the plank you’re standing on, and inside you’ll find a ring—pick that up. Give the girl next to that guy the photo of the stripper you got from Goose, and she’ll give you, then drive to The Truckers’ Nest, beat up that clown with the wooden leg, then drive back to The Truckers’ Nest, pick up the red nose the clown left there, and attach the nose to the ring; then drive to Angelos Gym and give the ring to the turtle; then drive to the Big Club and give the perfume to the shark (the shark is the bartender at the club)Then go to the Bacon Strip—you’ll meet a ninja there. Click on the golden ruler in your inventory and use it on the ninja. There’s a cutscene where the ninja gets her comeuppance: use the golden ruler to smack her on the butt, and she’ll fall down and cry:-D Then you’ll go see Tony; he’ll point a gun at you, and you have to use the time machine on him. Call the doctor to tell her you killed Tony, and the final scene shows Tony running away from the Indians... The bell rang, and the awesome game is over...Please tell me what the walkthrough was like...

A weird but good game :D

I think the fact is that, even though you find the killer, there isn't a story-driven ending. By that I mean it doesn't say "THE END" or anything like that. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but basically, the player doesn't know when it's over.
