Cure The Bunny

This game is the best—I've been playing it since I was a kid, and unlocking my childhood memories is pure gold.

Good thing I managed to do it on the first try, and I feel bad for the bunny ;( Please like this—I'm glad he's still alive and won't die

Instructions: As you've noticed, you have one minute for everything. First, give Fred an electric shock, then shave his belly. Take a marker and draw a line. Then take a scalpel and cut open his belly, then take a pair of tweezers and pull aside his intestines. (It’s hard to do because they keep slipping back in.) You’ll find a computer arrow in there, so use the tweezers to remove it. You’ll get some powder, so put it in his belly. Then the game ends. You have to act fast, or Fred will die.

What am I supposed to do with it after I cut open its belly?

I saw an arrow there, but I don't know what to do. Other than that, I know everything. Please help me—if anyone knows.
