What goes on at that post office?

Tips for typing an email:
1) Type very quickly.
2) Switch to the English keyboard layout.
3) The “Y” key is above the “Z” key; the “Z” key is at the bottom left of the keyboard.
4) Exclamation point = Shift + 1
5) Question mark = Shift + the key next to the right Shift key
