OK, so I was figuring out how to unlock the bonus soldiers: 1.) Hobbit: Read the instructions and credits 2.) Dwarf: Reload the game three times 3.) Bomber: Lose three times 4.) Dragon: beat level 17 5.) Angel: max out all three factions (note: if you want to get the Angel, you have to play it on Kongregate, because here it won’t unlock the Orcs for you) 6.) 3) Meanwhile, while you were piling it on during the game against the Dryads (I prefer playing as the Elves, since they have the ability to freeze/slow down opponents, and that goes for their special arrows too), or occasionally using the Protector... these “units” should slowly start attacking the castle as well. Then, just before that happens, it falls, and that’s when the problem starts. You need to destroy this massive horde immediately using various means (needless to say, you should continue supporting it with Angels as much as possible). They can also slow down this horde.
Then you have to build up mana for the Guardian again, and afterward (with the help of special attacks), you should be able to destroy it all. Then you take on the boss. It’s entirely up to you what you send at him. In my opinion, however, Angels are the foundation. And in addition to the Guardian, Dragons, and Angels, I personally also support the team with Cannons and Dryads. If you add “specials” to that, you should be able to defeat all the bosses.
It’s also worth mentioning that during a “shower of arrows,” it’s not a good idea to manipulate the Tower. So sometimes you might end up using an attack unnecessarily. That’s why it’s good to think ahead, but basically, I think that if you’re lucky, the bosses will still be very far from your castle.

Great game—once I had the Elves and Orcs maxed out in Makind, and I had absolutely everything.

What level do you need, and how do you unlock the elves?

On Mahee, you can send an angel to Gamemik, but you have to have your elves and humans upgraded to the max... For example, on Kongregate, you have orcs, and you have to upgrade them too... so there you go :)
